De functie
The role involves acting as the initial clinician for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, carrying out assessments, diagnoses, and management independently. The physiotherapist will interpret investigations such as X-rays and blood tests, develop personalised self-management plans, and provide referrals to specialist services. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and participation in service improvement is essential, along with maintaining accurate clinical records. The position requires advanced clinical reasoning skills, relevant qualifications, and experience in MSK physiotherapy. It is a flexible, part-time role primarily based across two practice sites in Dudley, supporting public health initiatives and professional development.
