Software Engineer:
Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable software components with a focus on performance and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing existing capabilities.
Work on flow designer, building low-code automation experiences for the ServiceNow platform.
60% Front End (JavaScript, React, and Angular) and 40% Back End Development (Java).
Integrate automated testing into development workflows for consistent quality.
Participate in code reviews and design reviews to ensure best practices.
Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance aspects.
Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requires 6+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, or similar OO languages, modern front-end frameworks, and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and performance/scale considerations.
Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, and other development tools.
