De functie
Responsibilities include independent preparation of CAD design drawings, project specifications, and cost estimates, as well as bid/procurement and contract administration. Conduct construction and field inspections, review invoices, and manage progress payments. Projects span buildings, site grading, drainage, piping, and related infrastructure. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; EIT or CMIT preferred. 3-6 years of professional engineering experience; proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors inspecting ongoing construction and resolve conflicts with contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers. Willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule with on-site duties as required.
