De functie
Manage marketing and day-to-day service for assigned Commercial Lines clients, coordinating renewal marketing and program structure.
Prepare account specifications, negotiate pricing, and finalize policy conditions; ensure COIs/EOIs are issued promptly.
Produce client-ready summaries and proposals; explain coverage forms and terms clearly to clients.
Manage account services, support complex accounts, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and cross-sell where appropriate.
Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to E&O procedures; mentor junior staff as assigned and contribute to strategic projects.
Must have an active P&C license and 8+ years of experience in account management, with professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM; strong MS Office skills.
