De functie
Own and grow assigned municipal and industrial water treatment accounts through strategic planning and value-based solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Review treatment programs and processes, using routine testing and monitoring to ensure effective applications.
Develop and execute sales plans, identify new product opportunities, and expand the territory.
Coach indirect reports and deliver site/LMS trainings to plant teams and new customers.
Drive profitability through pricing, pump settings, accounts receivable, and safety/compliance; travel across New York with occasional overnights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure satisfaction and retention.
