De functie
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI Agent deployments from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, ensuring alignment with customer goals and KPIs.
Perform business and technical discovery to map customer workflows, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
Orchestrate a matrixed delivery pod of Experience Designers, AI Engineers, and Telephony Engineers, coordinating with engineering on gaps and roadmap.
Drive post-go-live value by leading QBRs, KPI tracking, and ongoing optimization for multi-phase AI transformations.
Establish scalable processes, governance, UAT, testing frameworks, and deployment checklists across concurrent programs.
Enable customers with operational readiness and change management guidance to scale AI within their contact centers.
