The IT Support Assistant role is based in Cradley Heath and works closely with the IT Director in a hands-on, varied capacity.
You will support day-to-day system and data management tasks and help improve processes.
Key duties include handling and processing image data and files with accuracy.
Convert and upload data files into the internal system, and manage spreadsheets with precision.
Assist with technical problem-solving and IT support duties across the business, contributing to IT projects.
