De functie
Own end-to-end employee benefits administration, including medical insurance, statutory benefits, enrollments, renewals, claims coordination, and employee communications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits questions and vendor coordination.
Partner with insurers, consultants, and third-party administrators to ensure timely, accurate benefits delivery.
Support recruitment operations such as resume screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, benefits MIS, and recruitment trackers using advanced Excel.
Maintain 100% data accuracy and compliance in HR records, benefits documentation, and employee files; support audits and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical/healthcare settings.
