De functie
Under the project architect's direction, analyze existing conditions and review design options to prepare construction documentation for permits and procurement.
Perform preliminary drawings of structures and components for new projects, alterations, and additions, and conduct field measurements to document site conditions.
Assist in preparing contract specifications, cost estimates, bid documents, and funding submittals for construction projects.
Participate in construction administration with routine field observations to ensure conformance with plans and specifications, and review submittals and RFIs.
Coordinate work with office staff, consultants, end users, and administrators; maintain organized records and prepare written reports related to architectural activities.
Support project closeout activities and contribute to construction coordination and documentation updates as required.
