De functie
Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including preparing RFQs, ensuring sourcing complies with policy, and issuing consumables and general purchase orders.
Process internal requisitions in SAP and MySupply, converting them into purchase orders and posting goods receipts for services and non-consumables.
Monitor purchase orders, resolve supplier issues, and ensure timely invoice payments while maintaining accurate records.
Generate procurement KPIs, report supplier performance, and contribute to process improvements within the UK Support Centre.
Plan stock levels and optimise SAP parameters (MOQ, SSL), releasing orders daily based on demand, lead times and cost.
Lead weekly orderbook meetings, manage supplier communications, support budget planning, and assist with monthly reviews.
