De functie
Diagnose and resolve IT incidents via phone, email, and chat, escalating when needed.
Provide second-line support for business-critical software, including property and financial systems, portals, and mobile apps.
Build and maintain a knowledge base of fixes, support new initiatives, and ensure changes align with mobilisation and project plans.
Deliver exceptional customer service with consistent, proactive communication across all levels of the organisation.
Follow the incident management process, meet defined SLAs, and drive continuous improvement.
Work autonomously, prioritise workload, manage tickets, and uphold IT security policies.
