De functie
Lead a cross-functional supply chain team, including planners and coordinators, to meet KPI targets such as OTIF, fill rate, and spoilage reductions.
Drive collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve service levels.
Own inventory management and master data integrity, ensuring accurate setup of materials, locations, service levels, and safety stock.
Lead S&OP alignment with manufacturing and tolling partners, resolve supply-demand gaps, and optimize raw material procurement.
Advocate for digital initiatives and system/process improvements, develop metrics, and mentor team members for growth.
Manage budgeting, open PO and landed cost review, and ensure compliance with accounting requirements and governance.
