De functie
Act as a strategic HR partner to the business and SLT, using data to inform decisions.
Lead a major transformation initiative and drive organizational change.
Advise on TUPE projects and restructures with credible ER expertise.
Provide accurate employee relations guidance and policy interpretation.
Support wider HR teams to advance the people plan and deliver practical HR solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; CIPD qualified (L5 or L7) preferred; 12-month FTC with potential extension; hybrid/flexible working.
