De functie
Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, greeting guests and ensuring they feel valued and understood.
Educate clients on Total Body Care options and the Wellness Program, and drive homecare retail per service provider recommendations.
Manage clinic flow by scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries efficiently.
Support client acquisition and retention through in-person and outreach efforts via phone and email.
Maintain accurate records, process transactions, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
