De functie
This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for building and optimizing scalable data pipelines and compute systems across vehicle telemetry, manufacturing, sales, finance, and enterprise applications.
Design and implement batch and streaming data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and Kubernetes; develop lakehouse storage with Parquet and Iceberg on AWS S3.
Lead data modeling and storage design for efficient data lakes and data warehouses, focusing on performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Provide deep technical leadership, unblock complex issues, and guide best practices for performance and reliability across the data platform.
Collaborate cross-functionally with software, telemetry, manufacturing IT, analytics, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust data solutions.
Establish data quality checks, monitoring, lineage, and automation, and contribute to the technical roadmap for future scalability.
