De functie
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of customized large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning pipelines.
Own training, inference optimization, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, governance, and observability for production AI components.
Collaborate with engineers, researchers, PMs, and product teams to deliver AI-powered features that improve customer and associate experiences.
Leverage a broad stack of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies (e.g., PyTorch, HuggingFace, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, AWS Ultraclusters) to achieve scale.
Drive improvements in latency, throughput, cost, and hardware utilization while upholding responsible AI principles.
Mentor teammates, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and contribute to the long-term vision of foundational AI systems.
