De functie
The End User Support Analyst provides high-quality technical support to ensure an excellent user experience across the UK & Ireland. They handle hardware and software issues, manage deployments, and improve internal IT processes. Responsibilities include supporting on different channels, maintaining documentation, and managing IT assets while collaborating with various teams. Candidates should have experience with Windows, Office 365, Azure/Intune, and ServiceNow, along with strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential to succeed in this role. Travel across locations may be required to support onsite activities and projects.
