De functie
We are seeking a contract-based Industrial Construction Estimator with proven experience in industrial settings.
Prepare accurate estimates for projects involving welding, piping, concrete, HVAC, carpentry, millwright work, ground-up construction, and demolition.
Develop bid packages, perform quantity takeoffs, and evaluate subcontractor quotes to deliver competitive cost projections.
Demonstrate solid market knowledge of Idaho, Texas, Nevada, and Utah, with flexibility to support projects nationwide.
Focus on work within industrial buildings, mining-related sites, and government sites.
Strong planning, communication, and time management are essential to ensure timely bid submissions and successful outcomes.
