De functie
Own and grow a portfolio of wholesale clients in the NYC market, delivering proactive account management and exceptional service.
Build lasting relationships with chefs, managers, and hospitality teams to expand programs and reduce churn.
Lead onboarding and in-person training on brewing techniques, hospitality standards, and equipment troubleshooting.
Perform regular client visits, calibrate recipes, and coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades.
Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and clearly communicate outcomes with clients and internal teams.
Travel locally and regionally as needed, maintaining in-market presence with occasional overnight stays.
