De functie
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to develop ML models that improve Marketplace efficiency.
Apply ML models to predict conversion, wait times, retention, and understand vehicle values across different positions.
Apply optimization models to optimize assignment of vehicles to customers or positioning locations.
Build novel reinforcement learning models that iteratively tune parameters in pricing, matching, and positioning.
Define, conduct, and evaluate experiments to validate new models and quantify business impact.
Operate in a cross-functional, data-driven environment with a focus on safety, scalability, and continuous learning.
