De functie
You will drive local brand awareness and build trusted relationships with referral partners to generate new client leads.
Develop and execute market outreach strategies to grow B2B leads, private-pay clients, and market share for your assigned branches.
Your focus will be field-based outreach, combining weekly in-person visits, targeted calls, and meetings to establish a robust referral pipeline.
Nurture relationships with hospitals, home health and hospice providers, physicians, elder-care attorneys, and other referral sources, with activity tracked in the CRM.
Collaborate with branch teams to maximize lead generation and conversion, track outcomes and budget, and participate in community events as needed.
Travel within the market, support caregiver recruitment, stay current on industry changes, and partner with Talent Acquisition on outreach initiatives.
