De functie
Seeking generalist experts to support a large-scale AI research project focused on creating and refining diverse, human-aligned tasks for supervised fine-tuning of frontier models.
Responsibilities include creating base prompts across general topics, reviewing and revising AI-generated responses for clarity and alignment with human reasoning, and iterating prompt-response variations in length and style.
Contribute to benchmarking by identifying failure points in model outputs and applying consistent quality standards across content types such as summaries, Q&A, and synthesis tasks.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in research, education, writing, or related fields, with proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly and with strong attention to detail.
Work remotely and asynchronously, with 10-25 hours per week for approximately two weeks, on a batch-based, project-based schedule; extensions possible depending on performance.
Compensation ranges from $35-$45 per hour, paid weekly; independent contractor engagement with flexible tasks and potential bonuses for efficiency.
