De functie
Lead planning and execution of earned media and influencer programs to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and content creators; negotiate contracts and partnerships.
Partner with marketing teams, sales, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to align campaigns with strategic initiatives.
Define campaign KPIs, monitor results, and optimize content and activations across media channels including TikTok and YouTube.
Build and maintain influencer networks, onboard tools, and maximize earned media opportunities and awards.
Maintain brand consistency, compelling storytelling, and compliance with environmental and safety guidelines, with travel as needed.
