De functie
Directs and oversees quality and compliance initiatives to ensure clinical documentation meets regulatory standards.
Maintains and tracks compliance records, conducts monthly QI audits, risk assessments, and closes gaps with actionable solutions.
Leads new hire audits at 30, 60, and 90 days; collaborates with QI, clinical managers, and UR to standardize documentation.
Develops and delivers training on compliance and quality management; measures ROI and program effectiveness.
Coordinates with regulatory agencies, prepares for inspections, and communicates findings to leadership.
Guides cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement using SMART goals and data-driven metrics while upholding cultural values.
