This in-office Construction Estimator role focuses on reviewing construction estimates in Xactimate and Symbility, providing feedback with detailed line-item notes and justification aligned to goals.
You will also build construction estimates from the ground up using digital sources and ensure profitability through careful cost analysis.
There is potential for this position to advance into a management role with a team, leveraging current and forthcoming technology to deliver high-quality estimates.
Collaborate with the VP of Construction to develop standard operating procedures and process maps to streamline estimating workflows.
Responsibilities include reviewing field information, generating supplements and change orders, and training estimators while meeting tight deadlines.
Based in Stallings, NC, this in-office role offers partial remote opportunities, a salary range of $70,000–$80,000 plus up to 20% bonus, and growth potential.
