De functie
Part-time Event & Wedding Planner responsible for guiding small to mid-size weddings and events from conception to execution.
Lead client communications, RSVP coordination, vendor sourcing, proposals, contracts, and production timelines.
Assist with design decks, floor plans, seating charts, and materials organization to ensure design consistency.
Maintain planning systems and master checklists, track budgets, and manage shared documentation.
Provide on-site support at events (weekends, May–October) with opportunity for travel, and collaboration on larger-scale productions.
Excellent communication, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure are essential.
