De functie
A personal advisor is responsible for managing a caseload of care leavers, offering practical and emotional support to foster their independence. The role involves developing and reviewing pathway plans, supporting housing, education, and employment, and building trusting relationships with young people. The advisor will work closely with partner agencies, support safeguarding, and maintain accurate records. Candidates should have experience with vulnerable or care-experienced young people, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently within a team. The role is hybrid, requiring travel across Nottingham and involves working with young people transitioning into adulthood.
