Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines clients in Real Estate, Habitational, and Hotels, focusing on mid-to-large accounts.
Lead renewal strategies, policy placements, and coverage analyses to ensure competitive terms and strong risk mitigation.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive service, cross-selling, and tailored insurance programs.
Coordinate with carrier partners, underwriters, and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and timely responses.
Identify new business opportunities via market insights and needs assessments while meeting service level expectations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines while maintaining accuracy and thorough documentation.
