Lead a centralized Data Science team spanning ML, software engineering, and analytics to drive product, growth, and optimization initiatives, with relocation to Dubai required.
Develop and productionize algorithms for personalization, search, ranking, and AI optimization across multiple pillars.
Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers focused on experimentation and advanced analytics.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to ship scalable, customer-facing solutions and embed data-driven decision making across the org.
Stay at the forefront of research and best practices in machine learning, causal inference, optimization, and GenAI to drive innovation.
Navigate ambiguous problem spaces, align priorities with executives, and ensure rigorous quantitative analysis informs strategy and execution.
