De functie
A Data Analyst is responsible for supporting data cleansing, validation, and reporting in HR and IT systems, primarily using Oracle EBS and R12. The role involves developing data models, dashboards, and reports, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance with GDPR. Analysts must perform root-cause analysis, identify data inconsistencies, and recommend process improvements to optimise data assets. They are expected to have experience working with large data sets, technical analysis tools, and SQL, Power BI or Tableau. Strong communication skills are essential for translating technical data into insightful business information. The position requires attention to detail, business process knowledge, and the ability to manage project timelines and risks.
