De functie
An Employee Relations Specialist in Salford will support and advise line managers on employee relations issues while ensuring legal compliance and policy adherence. They will manage a high volume of calls, offering coaching and guidance to facilitate positive outcomes for staff and the organisation. The role requires excellent communication skills, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The candidate should have relevant HR experience, preferably CIPD qualification, and a pragmatic approach towards employee management.
