Supervisor, Operations, Road US

The role coordinates with Road Management to ensure efficient processes and productivity for the branch. They provide workflow tools and guidance, including pricing approvals and rate negotiations to secure the best rates and services. They act as back-up for the Branch Manager and oversee day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring tasks are completed timely. They manage volume spot quotes, book shipments, run monthly reports, and oversee new customer onboarding and setup. They develop and monitor KPIs with the Branch Manager, collaborate with the Sales team to pursue growth and client relationship enhancements, and lead carrier development initiatives. They lead by example, motivate staff, foster cross-departmental partnerships, resolve settlements with carriers when needed, and ensure compliance with company policies.
