De functie
Lead and inspire a Park Services team in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment to ensure clean, organized, and inviting park spaces.
Oversee daily operations, staffing, training, and on-the-job development to achieve safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction goals.
Manage inventory, storage areas, and budget compliance while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Provide coaching, counseling, and documentation to team members and assist in developing future leaders.
Resolve guest situations professionally and promptly, while upholding a strong safety culture.
Participate in a Capstone Presentation to propose improvements for park operations and leadership development.
