De functie
Seeking an experienced Interim Financial Accountant with strong UK tax expertise (corporation tax and VAT) and broader financial accounting responsibilities.
Lead timely UK corporation tax computations and VAT returns, ensuring compliance with Making Tax Digital and HMRC requirements.
Support month-end and year-end close, including journals, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, and provide audit-ready schedules.
Maintain tax schedules, deferred tax calculations, and act as internal tax subject matter expert for the business.
Drive process improvements to tax workflows, data quality, controls, and reporting cycles, while partnering with operational teams.
Liaise with HMRC, auditors, and external advisors; contribute to ad-hoc finance projects and cross-entity finance requirements.
