Own retention, adoption, and expansion across a portfolio of commercial customers, guiding value-led conversations and resolving complex objections.
Build deep, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and executive stakeholders, becoming a go-to partner who drives measurable value.
Develop and execute multi-threaded account strategies, identifying key stakeholders and building relationships across multiple levels within each account.
Lead high-impact Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs), delivering tailored, audience-specific presentations that align strategy and highlight growth opportunities.
Manage CRM (Salesforce) hygiene and the pipeline with precision, maintaining accurate notes and forecasts for account planning.
Serve as a product expert on core integrations (ERP, HRIS), surface customer feedback to influence the roadmap, and mentor teammates.
