De functie
Own the business development for a strategic unit in China, leveraging value-based selling to translate product value into customer-winning solutions.
Develop account strategies to drive new product penetration, adoption, and revenue growth while forecasting short- and long-term opportunities.
Analyze competitors and structure deals to expand market share and gross margin, removing blockers to bookings and shipments.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct product demos and customer meetings; cultivate cross-functional relationships internally and with customers.
Support technology roadmap alignment with customers and guide strategy in collaboration with divisions.
Preferred candidates have experience with semiconductor capital equipment, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with global customers, including China (Mandarin preferred).
