De functie
Lead strategic communications and marketing initiatives to advance a statewide education network's mission of improving college and career readiness, access, and completion across Florida.
Develop and implement annual communications plans aligned with strategic priorities and the collective impact framework.
Create compelling content across websites, newsletters, social media, blogs, annual reports, and multimedia materials to highlight partner stories and systemic change.
Manage media relations and public affairs; build relationships with education reporters and coordinate messaging to support policy and systems change goals.
Oversee digital strategy, website management, email campaigns, social platforms, and online community building; facilitate stakeholder engagement across diverse partners.
Lead measurement and reporting of communications impact using analytics and impact assessment; ensure grant compliance and coordinate major events and campaigns.
