De functie
Lead and shape content analytics strategy from greenlight to retention, collaborating with Content Strategy, Programming, Product, and Licensing teams.
Define north-star KPIs, normalization methods, and comparable metrics to ensure consistent decisions across regions and formats.
Build durable, certified datasets in Databricks, standardizing title/season/episode joins and metadata keys.
Quantify title-driven acquisition, engagement, and retention; model content-attributed churn risk; and deliver portfolio diagnostics.
Own attribution and user-journey insights, mapping discovery -> click -> watch -> return behaviors for clear readouts.
Design experiments and measurement dashboards, produce decision assets for greenlight and localization ROI, and elevate analytics standards.
