De functie
Line 1: Lead and mentor a hands-on Analytics & Data Science team focused on Growth Marketing, translating business goals into data-driven solutions.
Line 2: Drive impact across paid media, CRM, on-site merchandising, and product by delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
Line 3: Design and maintain automated dashboards and data pipelines, and create syndicated datasets for reporting.
Line 4: Own omnichannel attribution frameworks and run experiments and A/B tests to measure incrementality.
Line 5: Build and deploy ML models that optimize data feeds and audience targeting in collaboration with Data Science and Growth Marketing teams.
Line 6: Establish processes to raise the bar for excellence, including data quality, code hygiene, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
