The role involves building and managing a high-volume short-form content flywheel across platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels, overseeing influencer marketing campaigns, and coordinating with creators and content teams. The candidate will identify viral trends early, execute content experiments, and collaborate with community and growth teams to maximise reach and engagement. Managing multiple accounts such as meme pages, repost networks, and alt-accounts to enhance content distribution is essential. The position requires hands-on experience with social media growth, creative content management, and analytics. A deep passion for gaming, online culture, and content creation is important, along with a results-driven startup mentality.
