Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning Platform

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and operate the core ML infrastructure powering model training, inference, and marketplace simulation. You will own the MLOps platform, enabling model deployment, automated processes, and end-to-end observability, with a focus on low-latency inference for complex models. You will build scalable backend services and APIs (Python, Kotlin) on AWS and Databricks, integrating technologies such as Ray, MLflow, Metaflow, gRPC, Kafka, Spark, and Redshift. You will architect and maintain the marketplace simulation platform to mirror production dynamics and support rapid experimentation across ML and Finance teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and mentor engineers to raise the team's technical bar, while delivering high-quality software on schedule.
