De functie
Lead and support client relationship management and investment banking services for corporate and private equity clients, delivering strategic advisory on buy-side and sell-side M&A, as well as debt and equity capital raises.
Cover diverse industry sectors including industrials, financial sponsors, consumer and retail, healthcare, financial institutions, energy, and technology, media and telecom.
Drive new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution under limited supervision, including drafting materials, building financial models, and coordinating with clients, attorneys, investors, and senior professionals.
Mentor Analysts or Interns as needed and foster cross-functional collaboration within the Corporate and Investment Banking team.
Engage in cross-selling of treasury, payment solutions, floating-rate and FX products, private wealth, insurance, and related services in alignment with client goals and relationships.
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication, analytical rigor, leadership, and accountability throughout the deal lifecycle from origination to close.
