De functie
Plan and execute student programs, retreats, travel, and related operational systems across all school divisions.
Coordinate schedules, facilities, staffing, vendors, transportation, and on-site logistics to deliver safe, engaging experiences.
Lead or support orientation programs, service days, and school-wide events, including senior trips, field trips, and experiential learning opportunities.
Collaborate with administration, spiritual life leaders, and finance to manage budgeting, billing, and non-traditional learning opportunities.
Ensure clear communication, confidentiality, and adherence to the school’s mission, values, and policies while supervising students, staff, and volunteers.
Require a bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, relevant experience in student programming and event management, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.
