De functie
We are seeking a dynamic General Procurement Specialist to lead indirect procurement across a range of General Services categories.
Develop and implement category strategies for Construction, Facility Management, Catering, Physical Security, HR Services, and Customized Goods.
Own vendor sourcing, onboarding, and management, including RFX processes, contract negotiation, and ongoing supplier performance oversight.
Partner with internal stakeholders such as Administration, Security, Food Services, and Real Estate to translate needs into cost-effective procurement solutions.
Standardize procurement programs across regions, optimize lead times, and drive cross-regional efficiencies while ensuring policy compliance.
Coordinate end-to-end procurement operations, assess risks, and align global strategies to maximize value.
