De functie
This weekend-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting.
Shift options include 3:00 PM–7:00 AM or 7:00 AM–11:00 PM.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately while following safety protocols.
Collaborate with CNAs and the care team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered outcomes.
Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals, and document care plans and observations.
Requirements include an active LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, and experience in long-term care.
