De functie
Lead design, development, and deployment of production-grade ML models to optimize lipid nanoparticle formulation and in vivo performance.
Build scalable data pipelines that integrate in silico and in vivo data to accelerate discovery of novel LNPs.
Implement uncertainty quantification and Bayesian optimization to support real-time decision-making.
Collaborate with computational scientists and experimental teams to translate research models into robust software tools.
Partner with infrastructure teams to enable real-time data flow between predictive models and experimental platforms.
Contribute to DMTA cycles and communicate findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
