De functie
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to drive Nephrology/Rheumatology focus and exceed annual sales goals.
Promote specialty therapies to physicians and healthcare professionals in a compliant, ethical manner.
Build and sustain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, reimbursement requirements, and payer policies.
Provide expert guidance on eligibility verification, prior authorization, billing, coding, claims, and appeals within Medicare/Medicaid frameworks.
Collaborate across Commercial Operations, manage territory budgets, complete required training, and participate in medical congresses and meetings as needed.
Travel approximately 20-30% with partial remote work opportunities, thriving in a fast-paced, regulatory environment.
