De functie
Take full ownership of the data science and ML stack, including tooling and infrastructure decisions.
Proactively analyze data to identify business opportunities and shape ML/AI strategies.
Drive the full ML lifecycle: problem definition, data exploration, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
Deliver hands-on ML solutions across domains such as forecasting, churn prediction, and optimization.
Communicate actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; partner with leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Stay current with ML/AI advancements and continuously bring innovation to workflows; demonstrate independence and a self-starter mindset.
