De functie
Lead and develop a high-performing hospitality team in a fast-paced venue environment.
Oversee bar operations, licensing, allergen procedures, and safety compliance to deliver fast, high-quality service.
Drive guest experience by ensuring management checks, on-spot feedback, and timely issue escalation to the Duty Manager.
Maintain safety and compliance through training, coaching, and precise paperwork across all procedures.
Manage event setup and close, staffing levels, and cost control while maintaining equipment and stock accuracy.
Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability to foster a disciplined, service-driven team culture.
