De functie
Plan, coordinate, and manage a diverse slate of publications from manuscript through print-ready and digital files, ensuring timely delivery.
Oversee multiphase projects and multi-year programs, maintaining schedules and coordinating digital asset preparation.
Lead production review processes, including all page proofs, and liaise with authors, illustrators, and external contributors.
Perform developmental editing, copy editing, and quality checks, adhering to the department's style guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to track project status, maintain records, and prepare materials for marketing or web publication.
Demonstrate strong organization, communication, and accountability while thriving in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
